I know it's a stupid question. I am pretty sure the 99 gt is an 8 bolt crank. But does anybody know for sure or how to tell. Thanks

My understand is in 2000 and up windsor blocks have an 8 bolt crank romeo have 6

to my understanding i think its the other way around... i have a 2002 mustang GT and i have a 6 bolt crank... i have a 8 bolt crank flywheel for sale now because i learned it the hard way around....

i always thought gt's were 6 and cobras were 8
i know my 96 was 6 bolt for sure

Well all cobras are 8 but I know for sure the romeos are 6 and that only leaves the windsors to be 8. Maybe it was 2002 I guess I'm not 100% sure at the time but I know its the windsors that have a the 8 bolt I just can't remember the year cut off.

im a 100% you have a 8 bolt crank. so does 00 and 01 the 02 -04 have 6 been through this
