No way you'll run 12's. You'll be lucky to hit low 13's. All that stuff is good, but you have no major engine work.
I have 460hp 496ft/lbs and I'll be lucky to get low 12's street tires. If I run slicks I'll run in the low-mid 11's all day
removing an air silencer or putting in a K&N or a grill delete won't get you a 12sec. car. HP and Tq does.
The longtube headers willhelp your hole shot, but if you have street tires, your just goin to spin.

Where do you live? Elivation plays a part too. Here in Pueblo CO, stock 03-04 Cobras run 14's and sometimes low 15's wheras they would run 13's and probably even 12's somewhere with lower elivation. Could be the drivers too i guess but I have never seen a stock 03-04 Cobra run any lower then 14.01 here in Pueblo at PMI. I hate Colorado[:@]!

11.40-30s with a good set of slicks.
