Probly low on freon. (R134A) If its low then you have a leak somewhere.
Does the compressor run?

Turn on the A/C and check and see if its turning. You will hear it kick on. In most cases, if its low on freon it will shut down from low pressure then kick back on when the pressure rises in the system. Then shut down again.

Actually, the first thing I would check is your fuses. I've blown the A/C compressor clutch fuse before... if that happens, the A/C won't blow cold air and you won't hear the compressor kick on. If the compressor doesn't work, you won't get cold air is all. It'll still blow air out (like having it on any of the other settings).
