Bassani BX/SS
im going to be ordering my exhaust kit soon i think. ive been working and have the money for it now...i think ive decided on bassani.
my question is...bassani makes kits in aluminized and stainless steel. i know that the stainless is obviously superior and will not rust...but will the aluminized one really not last that long?
i live in florida so i wont have to deal with snow and stuff...so i figured it would last a long time...cuz arent stock exhausts just made of aluminized steel too? and they last for a long time if you leave them on.
i dont wanna spend the extra cash on stainless....but if im going with a brand like bassani...should i not waste my money on aluminized?
sorry for the kind of rambling question.

you could always get the aluminized and then get some duplicolor high heat black coating and spray it down. i had planned on doing that with another mid pipe before i had the money and bought the SS bassani

yessir thats the stuff. i spray my mac exhaust in the places where the coating was scratched from installing it. dries really fast so you can put a few coats on in a snap. just make sure you sand the pipes down before spraying
