Default Electrical Problems?

My horn stopped working randomly as of about a week ago. I took it in the highway to test the speed control and it works fine. Only the horn doesnt. I looked in the owners manual about the fuses and there is no fuse listen for the horn itself. Anyone know what could be wrong or how to fix it?

I reread over the owners manual found the fuse for the horn, and MADE SURE it was the right one. I replaced with one of my spare fuses, but still no luck.. any other ideas guys?

We checked the fuse box like he said, nothing happened.

Had the battery replaced about 2 months ago because it went dead. The time on my Pioneer radio stopped working, and now apparently the horn does not work either. Anyone think it could be how the battery was reconnected? Was something left out of the loop?
