Default OBDII Code 174

Need Help!!!

I have a 99 S281 Saleen with the following mods:
BBJ Off road H-pipe
BBK TB
K&N Mass Air w/filter
CnL Intake Plenum
CnL Power Pipe

Since adding the mods the CEC light has come on and the idle is fluctuating. I have ran the codes and read the feedback from this board (thanks to all for the advice). The diagnostics are pointing to the O2 sensors and IAC. I have replaced both rear O2 sensors and added MIL eliminators. The problem still exist and after resetting the comuter I drove the car 50 miles and the CEC light came back on with the same code 174.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?? Is there any thing else I could try??

Well if you had an off road pipe then you should have never been using O2 sensers to begin with. Running no cats means your not going to meet emissions so the computer is going to turn on the light reguardless. Now that you have the MIL eliminators and it is still coming on then I suggest you run a continuity test on the wires on the MIls. You should be able to check them with he computer your hooking up to the PCM. Take it to a shop if you dont know what you're doing is another suggestion of mine.
