Default Power problems

My 96 MustangGT keeps sputtering, The voltage indicator keeps getting low when i turn on the electrical equipment. Here's are the things i have checked, alternator works fine, had a tune up in december, new battery, The only things that i havent checked are the fuel filter, battery cables, spark plug wires, and Ignition coil packs.

My car is not misfiring, it's not stalling out, idleing is fine, so is it a batch of gas, fuel filter, battery cables, spark plug wires, or ignition coil packs

Open the hood with the engine running and no light. If you see a lightning show, replace the wires. You could also try grabbing a wire with the engine running, but that can be a bit on the painful side.[:@]
