well she since he/she never really specified which one they're haven't problems with we don't know which one they're trying to do. I'm guessing the front. Yes if that is it, it's probably just stuck like JonBeast mentioned. Usually stuck in the upper mount. Just smack it with a 4#sledge, just hit the spring though, lol.

Did you take the sway arm link off? They drop down enough, if the bar links are removed, and you push the lower arm down, and you spray a little penetrating oil in the pocket so the spring pops out, when you pull on it.

I followed mustangworlds instructions, however I never unbolted the sway bar... Right now the spring is half in half out and I still cant get the sucker to budge. It is a front spring I am working on by the way. So what all did mustangworld leave out that I need to do before I can remove the spring? Any pics would be a great help.
By the way thanks for all the responses thus far.

Got it out finally, it was the sway bar that wasnt letting the a-arm go down far enough, Thanks for the info. BTW you guys say the rear springs are easier than the front?

yes the rear is easier than the front and yes that was mentioned earlier in this topic about mustangworld.com not having the info about removing the swaybar link bolts.
