spring edition gt?
i guess i have a spring edition 2000 gt body, in lazer red, can anybody tell me if this makes the value any higher, and also does anyone know howmany were produced? i cand find the info anywhere
i know the guys on this site are some of the most knowledgeble around the net. no seriously the other sites are poor

Ford introduced a new trim level called Spring Feature. It was available only on GTs, and included the colors Performance Red, Black, Silver, White, and Zinc Yellow. The Spring Feature package contained 17" x 8" performance wheels and tires, a body-colored hood scoop, body-colored side scoops, two black stripes on the hood, and black "Mustang" inserts on the embossed bumper. Ford produced 3,091 Spring Feature GT's.

I dunno about anything in the interior, but they came with the GT stripes on the hood, shiny instead of dull 17' 5 spoke wheels, black inserts in the "mustang" on the bumper, more agressive (for 2000) faux brake ducts, and a hoodscoupe.

I'm not quite sure about the "Spring Edition" because my car is exactly as yall describe but it's a 99' Limited Edition. It has the black hood stripe, rear honey comb insert, hoodscoop (which didn't come stock untill 2001) and silver inserts in the seats and door panels, and the polished rims with painted spokes and inner horse on cap.
I have heard people talk about this "Spring Edition" but I have yet to see one as described that was a yr 2000..... so far they have all been 1999.

The spring edition and the 35th ann. are two completly different cars.
