My buddy just bought an orange for 21,000 and some change. we both work at a dealership. But if you cant get one for around 25,000 then keep searching. They are very nice and they pull hard through each gear. Very nice and yes you can own a 350Z, with traction.

what rebates should i be getting and how much would insurance be for an 18 yoear old??
Here is a tip for the rebate. Join the American Quarter Horse Association. After being a member for 30days you get a $500 rebate to buy a ford car. It only costs 20 or 30 bucks for a 1 year membership. You might want to check ahead of time if the Mach 1 is included but i am pretty sure it is...the only cars that are excluded from the rebate are the SVT's. Don't try to call ford directly cause there customer service reps don't know anything. I called about a rebate on a Mustang GT they said no cause on the exempt list there was a ford GT listed. She didn't know that ford is making a different car just called a ford GT.....lol There is also a factory $2500 rebate on all mustangs except cobras.

As far as pricing goes for a Mach 1 with the Interior upgrade package invoice is 27628 without rebates. You should pay no more then 27768. Dont let the dealer bullcrap you saying it is a limited prod. car...the dealers are hurting to get all the 04's out the door before the 05 hits the showroom floor. There are great deals to be had for the 04 mustangs. I purchased my GT 3 weeks ago for 23410 before rebates...almost 1000 dollars under invoice!!! I was lucky in that I had two dealers close by that had the car i wanted and I basically put them in a bidding war with each other....with rebates and a old crap truck trade in I got out paying 18800 out the door for a 2004 mustang GT premium with traction control and the interior upgrade package!!

look and see if there are rebates for things that u or ur parents might be joined to...i work at a costco wholesale and i can go through their auto program to get a better price...usually around the invoice...the only downside is that u would have to go to certain dealerships that would support stuff like this...

also...my friend has a 350Z and we did some research comparing the 2 cars...and the Z should have u immediatley off the line but the mach will pull on it really soon after

Up until April there was a $3,000 rebate, now it's $2,500.

Both of you are wrong about the 350Z pulling the Mach1. The Mach 1 has far more Torque & HP, don't give me any weight BS either...

LOL, Z's can run a best of 13.9, Mach 1's are well known for 13.1's stock and ripping 12's on radials.

Even a good driver in a 99+GT could take a 350Z... The mach 1 are very nice cars I saw them running 13.3 stock at capitol raceway, maybe a better driver could get 13. Also the mach1 comes with bigger brakes(brembo) and a better suspension than our GTs.. I say get the Mach1..
