Default Lowering springs question...Do I need..

I was wanting to order these springs for my 01 GT Conv. ( http://www.stangsuspension.com/store...p?idproduct=86 ) , but they are telling me that since I am lowering my vehicle I will need Camber plates to help align the car.. Is this true? Also, I can't afford to buy new shocks right now, so should I just wait to lower it until I can afford new shocks too?

anything more than 1.5" im pretty sure you will need CC plates. Anything around an inch or so and you should be fine.
