Default clutch

so I replaced my clutch like 7 months ago. I don't go to crazy with my car or drive it like a idiot but now it seems like it is doing the same thing in wich it was when I replaced it. The clutch just gets harder to push in. "Stiff" I guess. Anyone know how this happens? Also what kind oof clutch should I get that will last? Oh and another thing that happens that is really annoying is that my clucth pedal rattles when i de-acclerate and the rpms get to about 2000-1500....wtf is wrong with my car. I wish I was a mechanic.

check your cable... maybe it needs some lubrication. sometimes the throwout bearing will cause this too
