your doing the right thing, the car can be replaced, Just think when you can get another there might be a PI swop for our 99+ to get the extra 40hp that the 05's have.

i would say so, i have the same year stang with about 4000 less miles and got it for about $19000. it just depends on who buys it. If you find someone who likes already upgraded cars, then it will sell high, but some believe modding it makes the value go down. Its a good idea to keep all your stock parts so when you do sell it, you can put them back on and sell the car for almost the same as you bought it for, then sell the parts by themselves, although im sure you didnt plan on sellin ur car ne time soon huh? Anyways congrats on the kid and goodluck with everything.

No I really was not expecting to have to sell it, but the bills piled up so fast I have no other option.

think of it this way.. when you get older and you look at your son grow up and eventually get like a 2020 mustang Cobra with 850rwhp and smoke everyone you know.. then you'd think to urself.. "damn soo glad i sold my 04 GT to save my sons kidney"

still sad to see u sell it though =(

good luck with everything dude
