Default removing front sway bar

whats the benefit of this? i am going to the track tomorrow and have never removed it because ifs its just weight reduction than i am going to keep it in but if it helps lift the front end a bit for weight transfer than i might do it. i just don't feel like taking it out for 10-15 lbs off the front end and then have to put it back in because im lazy like that.

if your not worried about weight savings then just take the top 2 nuts off of the sway bar links and move it out of the way. i took mine off before i got all of the shocks and struts off and i could still feel a difference.
