blower, anything else doesnt provide much power, some will say nitrous though but i dont really like nitrous

i'd say nitrous, but did you mean best for the money or just best overall?

for the money it'd have to be, if you have a 5 speed, underdrives or timing adjuster. both are cheap and net decent torque gains down low so you feel it! people with auto gt's don't notice as much though.

A Blower or NOS. Gears too, but besides that. Nothing else will do anything really.

Best SOTP is forced induction by a longshot. I like blowers.

Best bang-for-the-buck would have to be nitrous.

Gears are great too but you want to ignore those.
