My buddy has a WS6 Trans AM with the LS1 and Hurst 6 speed and from a rolling start (like 30 mph) I can stay beside him but like stage3 said, the farther you race the more of a hurting he is going to put on you. Im going to build my bottom up and the S/C it and see what I do from there.

At the strip I went neck and neck with a 99 Z28 vert. auto. I was a little pissed I couldnt pull on him, but its nice to know that Im getting close to there territory.

What did you two run? Sounds like you're one hell of a driver or he's one bad one. Well, it was an auto vert, you a 5 speed coupe?
