Default RE: Whats the difference?

I have an '04 GT in black, but I don't have the external stripes. My interior has the Bullitt pieces, pedals, shift bezel, and silver interior accents around console and bright shift bezel. I've never seen a stock black '04 GT with the gold hood accent colors. I believe it was only offered with the crimson red color. Correct me if I'm wrong, do all '04 GT's have the Bullitt pieces in the interior and the silver trim. Feel free to chime in, I'm trying to figure this out. Also, was leather interior standard on a 40th GT, or was that part of the 40th upgrade package?
