wow i didnt think the cam swap would be this hard ........so taking everything apart and getting the cams out took about 3 hours but omg cam springs....i hate those things ive been working on the springs for about 9 hours....i thought going the cheap way and doing it with the basic spring compressor would do but i was wrong, way wrong......if anyone planning on doing a cam swap make sure you buy the cams spring compressor thats made for the the 4.6......... anyone have tips i have 2 springs left but there all the way in the back on the passanger side???? thanks mike im hoping the gains are good i got the comp cams 270 and they not going into a 4.6, i got the 5.4 so we'll see how it feels after....
