swap out a 96 engine for a 02 engine

I have 96 gt that i would like to change out the engine on it and i have a bud that has a 02 motor for sale and i was woundering if anyone knows what i need to make this fit.

did a similar swap, 01 motor into a 96. need nothing. just swap over your wiring/ignition/accesories to new motor. its a simple swap. tune is recomended afterwards though
