Default stalling and dying

well i have a problem that is puzzling me !?
i have a 99 gt auto i have a 73.66mm throttle body, slp CAI, slp x pipe with cats, slp loud mouth exhaust i have routed out the sides, C&L upper plennum, jet performance chip, 160deg thermo, other things but they would have nothing to do with the problem and if they do wow. but my car whether warm or cold ocasionally i will back it out of a spot and then stop and place it in gear and it will stall and /or die. it won't do it going into reverse or if i just put it to drive and pull straight out but if i back up first and then go to drive it will everytime atlease sputter a bit. i have already cleaned the MAF ( twice no less ), changed the fuel filter, checked the fuel pressure, and checked for vacume leaks. if some one can help me i would apreceate it greatly and you can call me stupid even if you get it to stop cause i love my car and it looks and sounds great and it is not slow but showing off the car is really hard when you stall and die ( haha ) you all know what i mean and it is not like i have a stick and cannot drive it it is something that is wrong somewhere and i need it to stop please help!!!!!!!!!
thanks all

what pump do you suggest since i don't want to upgrade later just to change it and will an inline pump work instead of taking the one out of the tank since it is a pain to get to the tank to the pump without a acess hole
