Ever considered or researched the Saleen series V? That would be your best way to go.

Damn i think it is a series 2, would you guys still get series 2 kit for $1900? I know it a roots and all (i dont really know what the big difference is, it will still make boost)
The series II wasn't a bad kit and for $1900 assuming its a complete kit is a good price. The series II is an eaton m-90 head unit and is one of the most used oem blowers ever. Its the slightly smaller brother to the FRPP blower and 03/04 Cobra blower which use m-112 head units.
Yea but i keep reading bad stuff aobut the roots blowers, plus i heard they are not as loud, but if i can mabye talk this guy down to about $1500 i will do it, hes has it in his garage for 2 years!!! Car is gone.
The only bad thing about the roots blower is they get hot and aren't as efficient as a twin screw in high boost applications. They are without a doubt the most reliable blowers or they wouldn't come stock on so many cars over the years. For a street blower at 9psi the roots is hard to beat for price and reliability...And for not being loud..Have you ever heard a 03/04 Cobra? They scream! The don't call them blenders for nothing
You hit it on the head there, but I don't think you realise how bad they are. On a otherwise stock 99-04 you are looking at 320~ WHP with a roots at about 9 PSI.

If your going to go with a roots/twin screw, its twin screw hands down. A 2v car will not even come close to making the same power levels as a cobra with a roots setup.

No way they will make more with 9psi...my friend was making 330rwhp with 6psi on his 2V...he did have exhaust...now he is at 400rwhp just by adding crower st 2 blower cams. Still at 6psi

Another guy on Stangnet also made 335rwhp with the stock 6psi pulley and a 04 pi engine in his 96. Both will be going with the 9 psi pulley as will i with mine. I'll admit anything over 9psi with an non intercooled eaton is too much but 9 and under is very good. I think the main reason i bought the FRPP blower kit for my 2V is because everyone said they don't make power.....we will see when my shortblock gets back from Steen

so simply on a stock gt, with exhaust and bolt ons with a KB 1.7 running 10psi you can run that smoothly? or will **** start blowing out? how much horse would you be at?

GT BOB -> your gt is puttin 400+ hp with the kb, did you forge anything or its still stock- with just mods.
