How big of a shot on stock block?

How big of a shot can i run on my stock block? saftly that is? thinking about trying the nitrous route, so trying to get some info on it... Thanks!

I was told 150, but i am running a 100 right now. might put the 150 in in the near future.

how do you like that cam in there and how well does it work compared to other for using nitrous?

I love it, but i haven't got it fully tuned yet. I am getting gears installed this weekend and then some minor things finished and then the guy is going to tune it this weekend for me. I am hoping for 360 HP and close to 440 tq.

But the cams flow really well and they have a great lobe sound to them. Plus, my exhaust got a little deeper from it.

I wouldn't go more than 125 imo. I've heard guys melting spark plugs with 150 shots, not to mention blown motors.

I also would stop at 125 on a street car. If you use the nitrous a pretty good bit, I would keep it at 100, unless you have motor work done... then jack that **** up!
