Why do soo many mustang people liek the nittos?? Go with the MT ET streets biased plys or the Drag radials
Do you have any idea how long the MT/ET streets last? According to everything I have heard you arn;t going to see more than 5K or so on either one of their tires.

The traction is obviously great, but paying for a new set of $160+ (each) tires every 5k isn't my idea of fun.

Not to mention that on the street your only gonna get so much traction. I have seen more than a few street races where the cars were door to door all the way, with one having a set of nittos and the other one of the various stickyer tires.

The track is one thing, with a prepped surface etc, but you arn't going to see much front tire lifting going on down in front of the local chuck and puke (unless your running a all out slick that is, but forget milage there)

I just ordered a set of 315/35/17 nitto 555Rs to go on 10.5 inch wheels. I hope it will solve my traction problem.

Mickey Thompson ET Street's are the stickiest DR's available..

second is what im running on, MT ET Street Radials

nearly 8000 miles and counting!!!!

and yea, dumping the clutch on the street with 4.10's around 3500 yields very very little spin
(too bad i NEVER do it to save tread life lol)
