Default X-Pipe loudness question

I have Magnaflow catback exhaust, but have the stock X-pipe on my 99. I was wondering how much louder it would be with a the SLP X-pipe racepipe. Will it mount to magnaflow or will I have to go SLP from the headers back? The one at the bottom is the one I'm looking at getting. ----> http://ww.rpmoutlet.com/musv8mgp.htm

I'm sure it did come with a stock h-pipe. The guy i bought it from said it had an X-Pipe like he had it installed with the magnalflows. I was told by my roomate, who is a GM Tech (which is the problem lol), that they came with a stock x-pipe. He's one of those guys that will just tell you what the thinks it is without actually knowing so your probably right.

yes it will mount to your current exhaust and if you don't have any cats now expect it to be louder and a little smelly

yup! I went from stock H to off road H and it's 2431421 times better.

X will be a bit raspier but about the same

Going from factory H to any O/R mid pipe is like...Amazing. Lol. Still doesn't compare to open exhaust manifolds but that's ok, lol.

I fired mine up with open manifolds while changing the H just for grins. Sounds pretty growly on idle but above that it pops like a ****
