Do u get any rasp? WOT or at like 2400-3100 RPMS? when you get on the gas hard and let off, or between shifts?

BOTH setups are going to have a bit or rasp at WOT.. probably less with Borla than with SLP LM II's..

i can tell you from experiance, that with an o/r H, there is a bit of rasp at WOT ONLY!! around 2400rpms-maybe 3500, 4K.. something like that

but its not the only sound you hear, and that rasp doesnt even happen all the time
(its not rusty chevy pickup from the 70's rasp either)

good luck man, you'll be pleased either way, as long as you get at least an aftermarket midpipe (for volume ;-)

i wanted stingers so bad after my friend got them in his mach one, but after an hour drive to the track and a 3 hours headache i decided to go with slp lm1, ha ha they were really loud too, for my vert, so i change them for lm2, they are nice, you can control the loudness with your throtle very easy, all of my friend like them, specially since we can keep a normal conversation when they are in the car with me, chack my signature if you want to hear them

BORLA no doubt. borla sounds so much better then most other exhausts. IMO bassani and borla are tied for best sounding catbacks for mustangs.

I think SLP sounds sweet on a camaro.. I have a friend with a 03 GT, first he just had all 4 cats and no mufflers. Then he went to no cats and SLP's not sure if they are I's or II's. But .... I , as well as him, think that it sounds very simliar to what it did with straights.

I like Borla's..

Ok guys, another exhaust question, which cat-backs should i get... Borla stingers or SLP LoudMouth2's? I want a deeper, old muscle car sound.
I say eliminate the muffs and go straight pipe with Borla tips. Sounds Nice!!!

i put on a bbk offroad x pipe with mac produmps it was the ****ties sound i have ever heard i took it off the next day it was so raspy it sounded like a import. i think the fiberglass in the cats gets rid of the raspy noise cuz now i just run my stock h with straight pipes like before and it sounds awesome
