Default tire size for new rims

hey guys im looking to buy these rims

17x10.5 rear
17x9 front

or

18x10 rear
18x9 front

i was wonder what a good tire would be for these. im not sure what the price will be, wanted to look em up

does anyone have these rims? or can help?

i have the 18s like that, i payed almost $900 just for tires 245 40 18 for front and 275 35 18 for rear all falken fk452
i would have gotten bigger tire but my car is lowered so i was affraid it would rub

Yeah, go price 18" tires and that might lean your decision towards 17's.

yeah thats what i was worried about, i know 18s cost alot more

blkstang... very nice looking. im looking at the fr500 version of those rims, but same color etc...

thx i was actually look for teh same rims...........but i kinda went towards bullit for the fact that they look more for like a muscle car i really the FR500 tho

would 295's on a 10" rim be flush with the outside of the rear fenders or would it still sit a ways into the wheel well??? Does anyone have any pics of what that size might look like? Also, my car is lowered 2", would there be any trouble with tires rubbing in the rear?

i tried getting bigger tires on the rear as well on my 18s but i was told since it was lowered 2" in the rear it would rub so i got 275s..... :-( it looks like theirs enough space for more but then in bumps it would hit, at least i was told by the shops.....let me know if u get bigger than 275 n how it goes maybe ill change mine
