but wut would serious mods be like heads,intake,hearders, xpipes,catbacks, 4.10s ????? would that be good enough???

Yeah heads and cams would be enough for me to want a dyno tune. Or full bolt on. But if you only have gears and a CAI, just get a handheld tuner....
