Ebay Question

I was on ebay checking out some stuff and came across this throttle body and plenum:

As you can see, it doesnt look too great, but its the performance I want. I pm'ed the guy and he said it was a UPR plenum and FRPP throttle body. What do you guys think? Should there be a problem with a used TB and plenum? How much should I be willing to go to?

Well of course I'm not going to get 30 hp.... I'm just lookin for 5 hp and better throttle response.

I did just see that it is a UPR Plenum...I have not heard good things at all about UPR. But, I'm sure the TB is good. It needs to be cleaned and isn't as pretty as a shiny chrome accufab or something though.
