Default Tranny swap

I'm looking to swap my auto for a t3650. I've got a deal on a tranny with bellhousing, and clutch fork-Whta else will I need in order to complete the swap?
I knnow I'll need at least clutch cable, clutch, pedal assembly-but what other little parts will I need besides these?

Transmission with bellhousing, clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing
throw out bearing, clutch fork, wiring harness for transmission
driveshaft, clutch pedal assembly, clutch quadrant, clutch cable
firewall adjuster and possibly a different crossmember
Also you will need the PCM tuned for the 5 speed to get the speedo corrected.

you will need to do some electrical modifications, neutral switch, modifiations to keep cruise control. and to know to start the car when the clutch is depressed.

The Nuetral Safety switch is what tells the PCM to crank the motor when the clutch is depressed.
