when i come to a red light i put my car in nuetral while rolling to the light. well my car will drop in rpm's like normal then it will rise to about 1400rpms then when i come to a complete stop it drops for about 500 rpms then pops right to 600-700 rpms like normal. do u have any ideas?

+1. 50 bucks from the auto parts store, 10mm socket and a elec conn. I wouldnt waste your time cleaning it, it will just do it again.

 

Could it be your engine may be trying to compensate for something??
