Intalled an off road H pipe on my 98 GT, disconnected the battery then and added the mil eliminators to the last two O2 sensors.

The CEL light has not come on.

Based on my gas mileage and the smell coming from the tail pipes it may be running rich.

Any idea how I can verify this or fix it ?

The car is a daily driver...I'd like to get the gas mileage back if posible.

If it's running rich, will you not only be losing gas mileage and burning that fuel up quicker than normal, you should be seeing black smoke out the tailpipes.
