Misfires can be caused by mechanical problems too. Do a compression test on the engine make sure comp is OK throughout all cylinders. Other possibilities, torn/leaking intake gasket on #3 intake port causing abnormal A/F ratio on that cyl, on that note also check for vacuum leaks. There aren't too many other causes left. Advice: in the future if you suspect a plugged injector, swap the suspect injector with the next adjacent injector and see if your misfire "moves" cylinders. It will save you $80. !

+ 1 on the compression test, but it could also be that the problem is fixed but rings are fuel washed causing a drop in compression and fouling out the plug almost immediately. so get the compression checked and then we can go from there.
