Default Clutch issues Cont'd

First off, i have been having CRAZY noises coming from my clutch ever since it has been replaced. First it was chattering, then the t/b was squealing, now it periodically squeals, when i am driving hard it grinds into second real bad, periodically it will sound like metal is vibrating or rubbing or something between 2k-3.5k my mechanic said that his installation was sound. So i have contacted the clutch manufacturer and they are supposed to call me back. Any thoughts about what may be wrong here? should i stop driving my car till it is fixed? I can't afford a new tranny!! thanks for any help.....It is a F1 racing stage 2, i knew i should have went name brand!!

It may be as simple as being out of adjustment...

Bring it back, but don't drive you car that much.. The clutch company may not warranty the parts if you continue to abuse them..

Dang I'd be pissed if I were you. I'm about to get an install and I really hope that doesn't happen to me also.

Don't trust the mechanic when he says his installation was sound.

You got the right idea by getting in touch with the manufacturer, they will help narrow it down for you.

In the mean time, I wouldn't drive the car unless you had to & I'd take it to another GOOD mechanic.

From what ive seen, if u install a new clutch then u need to install a new quadrent and clutch adjuster, cuz i hear the factory one suck and dont automatically adjust them selves like they are supposed to, if its out of adjustment it can mess up ur throw out bearing, atleast thats what ive been told

Well, that sounds about right, especially since it keeps adjusting itself ALL THE TIME. Any one else see this happening after replacement? Also, my T/O has been squealing since installation, and it seems to get worse, then better for a short time and then worse and worse. So you guys think i should take it somewhere else and get it looked at and keep in touch with the Man.?

Also, It is REAL tough to get into gear unless i am trying to put the clutch pedal through the floor board. When the car is moving it is still a bit tough to slide into gear, kind of like it is notching in. I thought i would be a lot smoother, especially with the MGW.
