First price doesn't seem too bad if it includes gears/shims/bearings/synthetic gear oil, and the install and stuff including speedcal.

What brand are they going to use... Go with frpp

Jba is the most reasonable and I think they said either 720 or 750 including everything and frpp.

Im thinking that instead of using the speedcal, that maybe I could have a dyno tuned chip put in instead... Would that cost relatively the same or more? I would go with handheld but that would cost like 200 or more than using the speedcal and at that point ill be like rit near a grand. Which seems a lil to high for gears...

I think with the 98 you will need a speedcal to adjust the speedo, only 99+ can use a handheld to adjust the speedo. I'm not 100 percent sure, but pretty close.

Unless you have alot of bolt ons I wouldn't really worry about a dyno tune. If you have full intake/tb/plenum and exhaust it might be worth it, but others should chime in as well who have done full dyno.

with the boltons I have I am just using the canned tune from the predator.
