On the tach dose the green wire go to the coil or the computer? Also how hard is it to install?

you need to get a tach adapter

You dont need a tach adapter you need to splice in to the wire by the pcm on the passenger side pin #26 on 99 and up to get a singal if im undertsanding everything correctly http://www.mustanghowto.com/interior/Raptor/Removal.jpg

either pin 26 or pin 104 you can tap.

So the green wire is the only one i splice to that wire every thing else goes like it sayes in the instructions?

correct just need a ground and a power from ignition which is the red wire comin off the harness. Hook it up to a volt meter to double check your power wire is the right one coming off ignition so it turns on and off with the key
