Not hard at all. I just don't like when people give recommendations and don't explain why.

Been to a gazillion threads on this, and talked to a lot of people, and you should probably go with FRPP's (easier to shim). I don't think Motives whine if installed properly, but one thing I have heard is that ANY gear which is produced at the end of the life cycle of the cutting tools at the factory (before they are replaced) can result in an inferior gear that could cause it to be louder. That's just gonna be blind *** luck for any buyer.
