royal purple 10-30 because here in sunny florida 5-20 burns off quickly.

I run 5w-30. In Kansas we have 5 seasons, fall, winter, spring, summer, and HELL, so just like ironh19 said, the 5w-20 burns off too quickly.

I run 5-30 with a K&N...i would like to use synthetic, but i dont know how this motor will handle it...when I got it, they said it only had 47k, but i dont want to put synthetic in it only to find a ton of leaks...imo

10w-30 valvolean.. yeaaa. I live in hot sunny florida as well, but i have a 5.0 so it might be different.
