Throttle body HP?

hey guys...im kinda new at this and was thinking about buying a plenum. how much of a gain in HP will i receive? would it be worth it?

Not worth the money on the crappy 2v heads, but its the combination of mods that you'll notice. I'd say 5rwhp tops for it, I reccomend the accufab tb/plenum combo, I have it and it looks nice under the hood.
