That's funny! Can you ask if you're from the midwest? I wonder if scratch is one of those regional terms. I knew exactly what you were talking about, but then again, I'm from Iowa!

i chirp 5th all the time man! No but seriously, i used to be able to let loose in 3rd when i first got my car and all it had was flows. Now since i put the mods on, it really seems like the power curve changed and its super hard to spin 3rd. But overall my car is much better...chirpin' gears is sweet but i'd much rather have the traction. Man i want some drag radials...

ORIGINAL: nomocobra

ORIGINAL: Mach1

I think he means he chirped the tires while going into those gears. I got 4th to chirp a coplue of times.
bro i dont think i ever chirped 4th in my 460rwhp cobra with 3:73s
Shift faster. You can make almost anything chirp if you shift without letting your foot off the accelerator.

Yeah, chirping in third is no big deal. I do it from time to time, in my GT!

SoCal here and I knew what he meant by scratch :-)

Best I can do with my Stck GT thus far is 1 &2...so far, only had it a few months.

Of course, I keep forgetting to turn off traction control! haha!

Yeah, finding your traction control on when trying to smokem is light somebody pouring a pitcher of icewater down your shorts while you are watching **** (not that I know anything about that).

Well now that you mention it...when he was driving and I was riding shotgun he got on the brakes pretty hard and although the car got kinda crooked it sure did slow down fast!
