Default 98 GT WITH ISSUES

I don't know why there isn't a recall on the 98 manifolds. I blew my manifold at about 5000 rpms, the thing cracked. They said there was no recall, kinda screwed up.

You might try going back over your TB. Did you put a new gasket in? Sometimes there can be an air leak if you reused the same gasket between the TB and upper intake. Another possibility is the throttle cable may be loose and choking your engine out. Its a tough problem but it sounds like an air flow problem to me.
