Hey guys im new to this forum and to owning a mustang. My clutch went out yesterday and i need to buy a new one. I was wondering which clutch you guys would recommend. Im looking at either the centerforce I or the centerforceII. I dont want the clutch to be much harder but i want i tto be able to hold under heavy loads. My mods are Full exhaust, intake and a 100 shot. so if u guys have any suggestions on which to go with or if theres a clutch you would recomment and were to get it at a desent price it would be much appreciated.

id say go with a SPEC stage 2, ive heard from people that the centerforce clutches are not so good.

Heard the same on the centerforces,jus had a SPEC stg 3 put in my Cobra and love it. The stg 2 would be perfect for ur application.

well i got a 96 gt with intake and exhuast and when my stock clutch whent i got a stage 2 centerforce and i love it it works great for my application so i would reccomend the stage 2

I've used Centerforce clutches in several cars and without any problems. You should look at the dual friction. I had one in my last ride and damn did it hook good. I was freakin' amazed at how it made my 91K car feel better than new.
