Default Should I be concerned?

i dont know if its becuase i havent had my car for about two months and i'm not used to it but when the cars idleing its just feels rough at idle i look down at the RPM's and its right where it should be it doesnt bounce or anything like that, you can feel like a shaking its hard to describe kinda like its missing but its got new plugs new wires rebuilt engine TWICE! i'm thinking that it feels shakey when i'm at a stop is becuase my mechanic told me i needed new motor mounts and tranny mounts when i drive the car its perfect anyone got any feed back?
