I get the same, with slight throttle I'll hear a little hiss that continues for a while or until I accelerate even more or let off the throttle. I think its just the CAI or air going thru the aftermarket parts.

I heard the same noise today. I thought it was a belt sqeaking. I heard it at idle and when i took off in first.

i get the same noise but its from my ebay CAI...specially if i got the A/C on with stereo off..i can hear the hizzing from the intake....i kinda like it, i dont mind if it makes extra ponies

Guess what mine does it too.
mine just started doing it one day. i have a cai but
it was installed a long time before the sound.
i thought it might be my alternator going oout, but what is weird is that it did go out the otherday
so i bought a new alternator and it still makes the sound.

Mine does it too and I have a completely stock intake. It happened after I changed out the air filter for a new one (still all stock though). I just thought it was cause I havea tune and my car is sucking in more air.

Also to who ever said about the speaker interference from the fuel pump... my '94 Lightning has a speaker wine caused by interference from the fuel pump so it is true. Its a common problem on F-150s with a system.

Mine does the exact same thing as your describing. it started after i put the accufab Tb/plenum on.
