alright i went out to my car from work thursday night and it wouldnt start. i got a jump from a guy at work...it took alot of cranking b4 i got it to start up. finally started...friday morning tried to start, it wouldnt start. saturday morning wouldnt start. saturday night after it warmed up a lil during the day it started up fine. today it wouldnt start..then put brand new optima red top battery in and wouldnt start still. messed around with it forever, pecked the starter still woudlnt start.....so tried roll starting it, didnt have good enough roll to start it but it was trying to. then i decide to crank it again and it fires up.....took it to a friends house and sit around awhile....started up multiple times there.

everytime it wouldnt start it would just make a click sound and nothing else. what do u all think i need? starter? i went and got a starter a lil bit ago and we suppose to put it on this week sometime. do u all think thats the problem or is it something else>?

if its not the battery and your still getting clicking then is probably the starter
