Default Slicks on an auto 8.8

Who thinks that my rear and axles will hold with slicks in an auto-I'd probably launch it at about 1500. mods are in sig

It's a daily driver, so for the most part I'm easy on the car on the street, except when I'm racing it. The reason I'm asking about this is because I just put the 4.10s in the car and last night on the stock Goodyears in the back, I was squirming all over the street-granted the road was cold, but the car just won't hook at all. I launched it at like 1500, spun to 45mph, and lost to a bone stock g35 by about 2 cars-i was pullin all the way-but couldn't get out the hole-slicks look like the only way

well i have just long tube headers off road h pipe and flow master weld ins. up in my room i have a JLT ram air intake and a C & L upper intake plenum and 75mm tb is on its way and i was at the track and was launching at 5000rpm its a 5speed and i did about 12 passes at 5k and still nothing broke. so i think you will be fine

you should be fine for now, your not pushing enough HP to grenade that rear yet.
