I got my Drag Radials mounted and balanced today, and while I was testing them out and driving hard, I started to smell a stronger than usual (I have an O/R X-pipe) gasoline fumes. I didn't think anything of it, until I went WOT and between my 2-3 shifts and 3-4 shifts, I heard a pretty loud pop which sounded like a backfire. Perhaps it was a misfire? Can anyone tell what is possibly wrong with my car?

Scan your codes. If your idleing and you rev it does it do the same thing?

No not during idle. I already have MIL eliminators. I'm going to take a look at the exhaust when I change my oil this weekend see if there's a leak. And it hasn't popped once since what I mentioned.

i get a pop everytime i rev up in neutral/park in my auto. i thought it was normal.
