Default clutch

Hey
i just got my car bak from the shop it needed new rotors but when i piked it up the mechnic said that when he drove it seemed that the clucth was half way worn but i just got it replaced in june i dont ride the clutch what else would wear it down at such a rapid rat.

What kind of driver are you? Are you always driving your car like your racing or is it just the occasional thrill ride.
How does the clutch feel to you? Is the shop a place you trust to give you good info. They might be telling you that just so you spend more $ at there shop.
Have you tried to adjust the cable buy pulling up on the clutch pedal?

Diffrent people have diffrent perception of what a lot means, so thats what I'm getting at. Do you drag at every stop light? Or just ever couple miles?

i dont know what kind of clutch it is it i know that it not a permformce one thou but i bascly floor it from every light

while we are talking about clutches how about this? I feel something winding or twisting with my clutch and it is getting louder. If I lightly put my foot on the clutch it almost goes away. As I get really slow in first gear its at its worst. Any help please?
