Default Misfiring

I've noticed that one of my cylinders is misfiring on the passenger side. It isn't continual and the car runs fine. I hear it every so often. I took it to my friends shop and its throwing a code. We replaced all the plugs (needed to anyways) and are checking out the wiring. Any ideas on what it could be?

Check the coils. Mine was doing the same thing and I had to dry some stuff out. Washing it this weekend and washed the engine. Before I could dry it i had to rush to the ER so it stayed wet.

My car's doing the same thing. I throws a code for mis-fire in cylinder 2 but it's not all the time. Car seems to run fine. I guess I haven't looked much into it yet because the car is going into storage/surgery soon.
