This really blows I was driving last night and some wall came out of nowhere and hit me (the good news is the wall is OK)
it was made of bricks

I have some pretty bad scratches on my front bumper and Im going to buy a new bumper
whats a good deal on getting the bumper painted?

Dont know the answer to where you can buy a bumper, but what the hell were you doing to hit a wall? Were you acting stupid and very careless?

Glad to hear it's only bumper though. You can probably go around to local body shops and compare how much they'd charge you to buy the bumper and paint it. I think that's pretty much your best bet.
