i have 00GT and it has been doing that s$#t for a year or so. my buddy who has the same model and year (same color) he told me it was the release bearings and i guess that is just a different term for throwout bearings i dont know. but he told me he had to replace the stock clutch with a high performance clutch and the noise was gone. but thats your problem and its annoying as hell and i wont have to deal with it iin a couple of weeks.
